Stateland has been involved in the development of turnkey developments for a national provider of seniors rental accommodation; three projects in Queensland, located in Cairns and Mackay, and one in New South Wales.

The communities offer seniors secure, comfortable accommodation that is affordable. Varying in size from 50 to 92 units, each community was operated by a national management company, which provides on-going management and services to residents.

Each community comprises air-conditioned, fully self-contained and attractively furnished units, a community centre, dining room/kitchen and manager’s residence – all nestled amongst extensive and attractive landscaping.
