After purchasing this strategic 25.48ha site, Stateland obtained planning approvals over the site for a 47 lot Business Park which includes approval for a 23,200sqm showroom development.
The project has the support of Townsville City Council and the Department of Transport and Main Roads (DTMR). DTMR have approved a signalised intersection providing direct, all movements access to the property.
This is the only significant commercially zoned development parcel of land in this corridor that has approved access to the highway.
